Reeve Conte offers a curated collection of jewellery, including engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and custom-made pieces. All product descriptions, specifications, and images provided are intended to reflect the best representation of each item. However, due to the handcrafted nature of some items and variances in screen displays, we could not guarantee the exact appearance of the products.

3. Customisation and Bespoke Orders

For bespoke or customized jewelry, our designer will work with you to create a unique design based on your specifications. After consultations, clear design specifications and details will be provided and agreed upon by you, the client. Once you confirm the design and order, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

As these services are tailored specifically to your needs and the resulting pieces are non-resellable, customized orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are accurate and to your satisfaction before confirming your order

4. Account Registration

To place an order, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process, including your email address, shipping address, and payment details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payments must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. For high-value orders, additional verification may be required for fraud prevention.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices on the website are in GBP in UK currency, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, and customs duties (for international orders), will be added at checkout. You are responsible for paying any customs fees or duties that may apply when your order reaches its destination.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping for all our jewellery products. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected. Please allow sufficient time for custom orders or items that require engraving. Meanwhile, we provide special next day delivery in UK local by charging accordingly.

Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 4-9 business days.
International Orders: Delivery may take 6 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays or adverse weather conditions. Reeve Conte is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We understand that purchasing jewellery is an important decision. For non-customised items (i.e., those purchased from the "Store" category in the website), we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy, excluding earrings for hygienic reasons. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Engraved, resized, or customised items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

9. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Repairs are available both within and outside the warranty period. However, after the warranty expires, repair or alteration charges will apply accordingly. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Our warranty is only valid if the jewelry is maintained according to our care instructions, which can be found on our website.

10. Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your beloved jewellery, we provide specific care guidelines. Please follow these instructions to avoid any damage, and We recommend regular maintenance and the use of the professional polishing cloth that came with the item when you received it. For additional care or repairs, please contact our customer service team.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products, Reeve Conte shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
